Apartment with Balcony

Small apartment on the 2nd floor (without elevator) with view on the Promenade du Paillon and the Theatre of Nice. 1 bedroom with double bed (or 2 beds on request), air conditioning, balcony with view on the Promenade du Paillon, television with Netflix. A second television is located in the living room (Netflix). Baby bed available on request (extra charge). The kitchenette is functional and fully equipped. In the bathroom you will find a shower and a bathtub, towels are provided.
